The following lists out our terms and conditions in relation to products sold at this website, and placing an order assumes acceptance of these terms:
GENERAL
- All prices shown on this website are in Hong Kong Dollars (HKD), and JOL & Company Limited, trading as PENNEY PANG Designer Cakes, reserve the right to amend prices without prior notice.
- We will endeavour to ensure the content and product descriptions on this site are accurate and complete as possible. However, we do not warrant the content and product descriptions are accurate, complete, current or error-free.
- This website may contain links to other sites. Unless expressly stated, these sites are not under the control of JOL & Company Limited.
- The products remains JOL & Company Limited properties until we have received payment in full.
- You will assume responsibilities of the products once:
(a) the items have been collected by you or by your agent from our studio at Kwun Tong, HONG KONG; or
(b) the items were delivered to the delivery address which you specified when ordering the products. We accept no liability where you provide an incorrect delivery address.
RETURN AND REFUND
- Should you wish to return your products, please write an email to admin@penneypang.com within 10 days of receiving your products, and explaining the reason for your return and refund request.
- Please note the following situations do not qualify for a refund:
(a) change of mind, or
(b) the products have been used, washed, modified or damaged, or
(c) the products were not returned in their original packaging, or
(d) the products were not returned with its related components or accessories, or
(e) products sent without first contacting us.
- Returning products remain the responsibility of the customer until it is received by JOL & Company Ltd.
- Refund shall be processed in the same way as your original form of payment to JOL & Company Ltd.
- Any duties, taxes, fees and postage previously paid for the products, and duties, taxes, fees and postage for returning the products shall not be refunded.
